Is my family’s health data private?

Yes. Your record is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold or shared. As a consumer PHR, Eider voluntarily builds to the HIPAA Security Rule. Voice notes are transcribed and the raw audio is discarded immediately — we never keep it.

Can I use Eider just for myself?

Absolutely. EiderSelf is a full personal health record for any adult — women, men, or anyone. Track your cycle and hormones, TRT lab panels, everyday vitals and care team, with or without any kids attached.

Does it connect to my doctor’s records?

Eider connects to Epic MyChart and other systems over FHIR R4 — read-only, and only when you choose — importing your conditions, medications, allergies and immunizations, coded with SNOMED CT, CVX and RxNorm. Export an International Patient Summary to any FHIR-capable system.

How does sharing with a co-parent work?

Eider Connect lets you invite co-parents and caregivers to shared child profiles with role-based access — full, edit, or view-only. Share a single card or a whole profile, and revoke access silently anytime.

Is there a version built for kids?

MyEider is a PIN-protected space with three age tiers where kids handle their own daily routine and earn stickers, badges and streaks. It’s built with COPPA in mind — no ads, no tracking, no data sold, ever.
